		<description>Fair enough comment Rae and I certainly know what you mean - but some people do want to see who has proposed each idea - and it will also allow them to get recognition for it.  So we decided on balance that it is best to display the name (and of course it can be a pseudonym). 

I agree it will be interesting to see if changes it voting (although we had a pretty small sample prior to today).</description>
